From English teacher to Master Artisan in woodworking, from entrepreneur to leader of multi-million-dollar businesses, I’ve built my career by embracing change, taking calculated risks and learning from every challenge along the way.
For more than 35 years, I’ve built, grown and helped scale businesses—including family businesses reaching eight figures—while raising four children, competing as an athlete, mentoring women and continually reinventing what the next chapter of my own life could look like.
I haven't learned business and leadership only from books. I've lived it. I've made mistakes, navigated difficult decisions, changed direction when something wasn't working and turned experience into practical strategies that save time and create momentum.
